Each email builds on the last and most prompts take five minutes or less to complete. This challenge is intended for general educational purposes only. Frequently Asked Questions
Do my partner and I both sign up?
No. The challenge is designed for one partner to sign up and read each email and the accompanying exercises. Most prompts can be completed individually.
If you would like to involve your partner, you can forward them the emails or read them aloud together. There will also be some prompts throughout the challenge to share with your partner.
What if my partner and I both want to receive the emails?
If you and your partner both would like to receive the emails you can purchase the challenge separately. Note: you need to sign up on the same day in order to start the challenge together.
When will I receive each email?
You will receive and introductory email within 10 minutes of signing up and then Day 1 of 30 will arrive the day following your purchase date. All subsequent emails will be delivered in order each day for 30 days.
What if I am not getting my emails?
First, check your spam or promotions folders in your email application. If you find an email in one of those folders, mark them as “not spam” or “not a promotion” so future emails land in your inbox. If using Gmail, you can also right-click on an email to move it from the promotions tab to the primary tab. Then click “yes” so future messages appear in the primary tab. If you are still not receiving emails, please contact our Customer Service department here.
Can I schedule the challenge to start on a certain day?
Not at this time. The emails are set to begin the day following your purchase date.
