What materials are provided?
Included in this online workshop are modular videos covering topics from the BBH program and Sound Relationship House, a PDF version of the BBH Parent Workbook and exercises, and 6 BBH Digital Card Decks.
What is the structure this workshop?
The workshop is structured with several different modules, each including videos and exercises to be performed with partners. This is a self-paced online training, so you can complete the modules on their own time.
What are the exercises like?
The exercises are the exact same exercises you would complete in the live workshop. They are relationship exercises and should be completed together with your partner.
Are CEs available?
No, CEs are not offered for this workshop. Only better relationship skills!

What are the prerequisites?
There are no prerequisites.
How long does someone have to complete the workshop?
Once you purchase the workshop, you will have an unlimited amount of time to complete it.
How many modules/lessons are in the workshop and when can they be accessed?  
There is between 12-13 hours of content including videos, role plays, exercises, and several other valuable resources. You can access all content immediately after purchase.
How long are the videos?
Videos range from 2-6 minutes each.
What year were the videos filmed?
They were filmed in 2022.
I already have one child, but I am expecting my second. Is this program applicable for me?
Yes, this workshop is appropriate for expecting parents or parents who have young children (under 3 years of age). 
What kind of computer skills do I need?
In order to be successful with this workshop, you must have basic computer or mobile device and internet skills. You should be able to use a browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, and keep it updated to the most recent version. You will need to be able to create an account at gottman.com, complete the purchase process, and visit your account again to launch your workshop. You will need to understand how to click buttons, use video controls, such as pause and play, and download and open PDF files.
How do I access the content?
Log in at gottman.com and visit your “My Account” page to see a list of your workshops. Each workshop will include a button to launch the viewer. The viewer button takes you to a page that contains all the content.
Does the workshop come with printed manuals?
No. The workshop comes with a downloadable PDF manual. A Print License is included if you would like to print on your own.
Can I share my login with friends so we can learn as a group?
No. Logins may only be used by the partners who purchased the workshop. If you would like to learn as a group, please ask the other members to purchase the workshop.
Can I share the manual and handout PDFs with friends?
No. All files included with the workshop may only be used by the partners who purchased the workshop.
