In this clinical training, participants will learn evidence-based interventions to support LGBTQ+ couples in navigating complex challenges around sexual intimacy and identity.
Drawing from the 9-Step Gay Relationship Revolution Roadmap, clinicians will explore practical tools to address sexual avoidance, mismatched desire, and evolving relationship structures. Techniques include reshaping sexual mindset, creating micro-moments of intimacy, and facilitating open conversations about non-monogamy.
Additionally, participants will implement strategies to help couples rebuild trust and navigate identity shifts using the Atone, Attune, Attach model and Dreams Within Conflict framework. This workshop equips therapists with inclusive, affirming approaches to deepen connection and resilience in LGBTQ+ relationships.
