Teresa Prince helps couples move from surviving to thriving through the art and science of relational connection. She began her work helping couples heal after infidelity and betrayal, and that experience deepened her passion not only for guiding couples through repair, but also for reaching them earlier—before they drift apart—to help them intentionally design, build, and live out relationships they can count on and thrive in.

A Certified Gottman Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, Teresa brings both expertise and empathy to every presentation and workshop. She teaches and trains both clinicians and couples, blending research, real-life experience, and relatable teaching to help others understand what makes love last—and how to rebuild it when it’s been strained or lost.

Teresa not only teaches these principles but lives them out in her 30-year marriage with her husband, Tal, who is also a professional counselor. Together, they bring Gottman concepts to life through real-world examples and live demonstrations that illustrate practical, lasting change.
