Description

Based on over 50 years of research with thousands of couples, The Art and Science of Love Online will give you new insights and research-based skills that can dramatically improve the intimacy and friendship in your relationship and help you manage conflict in a healthy, positive way.

The Art and Science of Love Online is the best move toward improving your relationship. Statistics show that couples typically wait six years after trouble starts to get help for their relationship. By then, they’re often so resentful and worn down that getting back on track seems impossible.

There is still plenty of hope: The Gottman Institute’s science-based workshop has been shown to help 94% of the couples who use it.* Drawn from Dr. John Gottman’s four decades of research with over 3000 couples, the material in The Art & Science of Love rebuilds or increases the friendship, intimacy, and respect in your partnership. Our lab and fieldwork revealed exactly what separates the “masters” of relationships from the “disasters.” That research enabled us to build a program that teaches everything we’ve learned about creating the kind of partnership we all hope for.

The latest edition of The Art and Science of Love was filmed at a live workshop with Drs. John and Julie Gottman. The workshop is organized into ten accessible sections, so you can learn with your partner at your own pace.

Whether they’re committed partners, newly engaged, or heading for their golden anniversary, couples love sharing their positive experiences with this workshop. Here are three examples:

“…this was, hands down, the best money we’ve ever spent as a couple. This workshop is AMAZING.”
— Kate W., Seattle, WA

“I honestly didn’t think we would ever be able get back to the intense feelings we had when we first were married, but this seminar sure did it for us!”
— A.S., Great Falls, VA

“The workshop was nothing like what I’d feared. The Gottman Method is based solidly on scientific research, which lent great credibility to the workshop for me. Coupled with the Gottmans’ casual approach and great humor, they had me within the first session! My wife and I now have a new set of tools and a new vocabulary to keep us connected and help us effectively deal with conflict.”
— T.S., Woodinville, WA

*Based on exit surveys.
