Please Consider: For many couples, our Two-Day Couples Workshop is the most appropriate first step toward getting help. The Couples Workshop allows you to achieve major improvements in your relationship in just one weekend, and it is less expensive than private therapy. The workshops are clinically confidential; there is no group work or sharing with other couples. Each couple has their own "private little nest" where you work privately on your relationship. Our Certified Gottman Therapists are there to work one-on-one with couples throughout the weekend. Many couples find that they do not need private therapy after attending the workshop. But for those couples who do want to pursue private therapy afterwards, this workshop allows couples to meet our therapists and then self-select a therapist with whom to do private therapy.
