Research summaries. If you are looking for research abstracts and summaries, visit our summaries page in our Research section. We’ve provided a summary of Dr. Gottman’s key research articles that are published in academic journals to report scientific findings from the Family Research Laboratory. The abstracts provide a brief statement of the study and its findings. Many of these summaries link to the actual article, too.

Speaking schedule. The Gottman Institute has a speakers bureau, and schedules talks for John and Julie Gottman and other experts in the Gottman Method. Dr. Gottman teaches therapists around the country in two-day clinical workshops. He also gives public talks and conducts book signings.
